I just wanted to thank so very much all those who gave me a big, but very supportive, boot up the ar5e after my off-the-rails incident on Friday lunchtime! :grouphugg:

I went to WI yesterday morning and it was absolutely fine - I lost 1.5lb and claimed my 1.5st award.

I think this really is the best group in the world you know. :heartpump:
