TOTM question

Ok so I got my period and now I want to eat and eat and eat, I'm not hungry at all just have cravings and munchies bad. Have put some jelly in the fridge but don't really know what else to do to ensure I don't have a gain this week.
 
Just try to remember how amazing it will be when you step on the scales and see a loss :)
A saviour for me during TOTM is ice lollys. I get sainsburys basics, they're 49p for 8 or something, and 0.5 points each! Last quite a while and tasty :)
