In the week I tend to go on the wii fit when I get in from work (around 6.30ish), this is usually the time I sit down for food. So time I finish and have a shower, I'm not sitting down to have something to eat until about 8.30 ish and then I can't finish it.
Am I doing this right or is it easier to eat first before exercise? I usually do the free step jogging and dont fancy doing that on a full stomach! lol
