Hi, I am hoping some of you lovely people can help me. I'm trying to get my head around SW eating. Here is today's menu. My question is would this be classed as a green/red day?
Breakfast - Branflakes and 200ml skimmed milk with a sliced banana. I know the milk is HEA, but I'm not sure how to count the branflakes.
snack 1 apple 1 pear
Lunch - 1 bowl of vegetable soup. I followed speed soup recipe, no added fat at all) and 1 tortilla wrap (4.5 fat/198 cals) with 1 tsp light mayo, 1 slice of full fat edam and salad.
Dinner - steamed chicken breast, salad and 2 small new potatoes.
If anyone can look at the menu and let me know how it works with SW and syns etc I'd be very grateful.
