Earl Grey

After asking about earl grey earlier I looked it up and found this on wikipedia:

Earl Grey tea is a tea blend with a distinctive flavour and aroma derived from the addition of oil extracted from the rind of the bergamot orange, a fragrant citrus fruit.[1]
Traditionally the term "Earl Grey" was applied only to black tea; however, today the term is used for other teas that contain oil of bergamot, or a flavour.

I take it earl grey is out then as it contains citrus oil?

Yes earl grey is a fruit tea so no you cant have it. We can only have leaf teas.

Ah ok, it was just that in previous threads some people have said they drink it all of the time so thought I'd check! :)

I just get confused, lol! See I remember it being recommended on CD but then it is a fruit tea and we werent supposed to have fruit teas. As I said in the other thread though, its individual choice. If you can drink it, lose weight and be happy - go for it!
