New to CD - need to fit in my bridesmaid dress x

Hello,

I started CD last Friday so have my first weigh in tomorrow night, clothes feel better already so hoping tomorrow is good news.

Need to loose a few inches to get in my bridesmaid dress at the end of July so any tips to keep me going would be so helpful.
