Serious advice needed:sigh:
I've been asked out to lunch tomorrow by my MD and head of HR. I would love to avoid but unfortunately I can't. I'm looking for a promotion so this is really a big deal. It's killing me but I'm going to have to order something. I know whatever I'll have will affect ketosis - I can deal with that though, I'll just hop straight back on the day after. Question is what can I order that will have limited damage on my weigh in on Saturday - salad/soup/chicken? I don't know where we're going yet but I'm sure these things will be available. Any advice would be humongously appreciated
