Sweet and spicy chilli chicken... with pics EE or red!!!!

BATMAN & ROBIN FOREVER
Serves 2/3 ppl Syn free on EE and red :)

2/3 chopped chicken breasts
1 courget cubbed
1/2 red pepper cubbed
2 x red onions cut into quaters
1/2 teaspoon of lazy chillis
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
20g splenda
preheat oven to a 6

heat frying pan with fry light and brown of chicken, then add chilli's and cook for about 2 mins.
Then throw in all the vegies and cook for 2 mins more, then pour over the soy sauce and sweetner and stir well, remove from heat and keep stiring for a min or so.
put contents into oven proof dish for 40 mins stiring only once at half way through.
I served mine with noodles that had some of the left over sauce tipped over, was a well yummy lunch :D Hope you all enjoy

i tried this and thought it was reallly manky! =[

hahah! sorry about my not very helpfull remark lol it was too strong, too sweet, too salty....i didnt like the noodles either aha!
My mum thought it was ok, so i guess its just personal taste. The chicken was very tender tho.

(Made it for tea tonight, but curious now!!!)
Thought it was lovely - I added extra chilli as I like the heat and used low salt soy sauce and less sweetener (as dislike sweetener!).
Very tender chicken and a good balance of flavours - a lovely dish and I'm looking forward to it!!
 
Im always honest about recipes, its the only way really!
 
It is rather salty like u said so i may try it with the reduced salt soy sauce next time :) sorry u never liked it hun lol il do my best to post some diff recipes that u might like hehe :D
