Excited...but nervous!!!

Well my packs should arrive tomorrow..exciting! However at the same time I am getting very nervous

I will be starting tomorrow regardless as I still have some CD products left, so I can use those until my packs come, but they should tomorrow!

I know what to expect as have done it before, but I think that makes me more nervous..hehe..any advice?

Welcome aboard. I read this somewhere and found it heartening for me after hundreds of false starts: THINK OF ANY PAST VLCD ATTEMPTS AS PRACTICE FOR THE REAL THING.

Ooh I like that - great idea!! Well its the morning of my start of exante! Just waiting for the products to come - I got all excited when my Nan told me a parcel had arrived, but it was my new shoes (still good though! )

oh heyy av u switched frm cd to exante then? ima tinkin of doin that..cud u leme kno hw the diet goes for u...iv dun a thread askin a few questions if u cud ansa them then that wud b great coz we bth in similar situation abt the switchin ting..:$...gd luck on it hun...ne info wud b great..
