No no no its not a diet its a change in the way I eat & a change in me as a whole..... I hope to find the person I was 14 years ago, healthy, fit & happy!

Well I weighed in on Wednesday night at a sizeable 18st 10lbs (same as I was when I started WW in January) & my heaviest ever. My ultimate goal is a size 16 so I think between 11 & 12 stone so I have set my ticker for 12 & will see how I feel & what size I am then.... I am planning on saying I am happy with 1lb a week but in reality if that is all I do I am likely to have a temper tantrum but I would like to think within 2 years I can be where I want to be. So far so good, 5 days in & I have managed no problem, in fact I have not even really felt as though I am on a diet which is a strange feeling. I have a very supportive hubby & friends & my leader so far has been brilliant, I hope she stays as supportive cos it really helps me to stay focussed. So onwards & downwards Lexie!

Hi Lexie and good luck on your journey, I started mine on Thursday so like you..... onwards and downwards x

im 13st 5ft 1 and size 16!

so if you aim for 11-12st you might get ina size 14 comfortably! :)

good luck :)

Well week one & I lost 2.5lbs, was gutted & admitted as much in class & was so pleased that people understood, when you have as much to lose as I do I was hoping for 6lbs or so. But when my leader checked I had messed up with my bread causing me to over syn so at least I know why......... Onwards & downwards again!

Well week two down & another 2.5lb loss at the scales which considering I had a bad weekend I was thrilled with. I knew Saturday was going to be a flexi-syn day & allowed myself 30 & thought all would be ok but we were invited to a BBQ on Sunday, not a salad veg in site & BBQ playing up so we were nearly 3 hours later eating than planned & I hadn't had lunch!!! So ate my bodyweight in crisps!!!! But Monday morning was straight back on plan & limited the damage. So for that I am proud of myself, I am still enjoying it & don't really feel like I am on a diet which is a strange feeling....... Onwards & downwards I go x

Hi Lexie

Thats not bad, 5lb in 2 weeks.. its a sack of spuds, gone forever ;). Try and plan your day at least a day ahead and eat lots of fruit inbetween your meals. Do the SF challenge, before eating any of oyur syns, have 5 pieces of sf fruit and then see if you then need to use those syns you might have used for something you didn't really want. x
