Hi All,
I'm new to the forum and healthy eating in general and one of the things i'm doing is really paying more attention to what I eat. I've been using a personal trainer a few times a week and he now wants me to cut out eating bread, pasta etc. In the past couple of months i've only eaten wholemeal of both and would never eat more than two slices per day but i'm really struggling to come up with ideas for alternatives to bread! I'd often grab a sandwich for lunch so does anyone else have any ideas on how I can try cut bread consumption?
