Hi my name is Catherine and this is my 4th day on tfr.I found the first 3 days really easy:),but today has not been as good:(i have been really moody and was feeling realy weak & tired that i went to bed for the afternoon must say i do feel alot better after that.I weighed in 14stone 1 ,i am going on holiday begining of sept,would be great if i could loose at least 3 stone by then.my first weigh in on weds will let u know how i do,good luck everbody i know it's hard but it's worth it:eek:
 
Hi Cath and welcome. Do not fear, what you are going through is perfectly normal!

Any day now you will be in ketosis and things get so much better and easier. Drink plenty of water and stay positive, you can do this diet and I bet you will get those 3 stones off my September if you stick to this 100%.

What a holiday you will have then!

Good luck, stick with it and log on here for any advice or just a chat, everybody is lovely and helpful and really are a lifesaver and you're right, this diet really is worth it!
 
Welcome to the mad house Cath! And well done on lasting 4 days! It's a bloody hard diet but once you get your first weigh in under your belt you will be buzzing! Read all the hints and tips on here and you will be well on your way to looking fantastic for your holiday (I'm going away then too!). Hey there Cath- I'm on day 4 too! Arghhhhhhh!
Bad breath, furry tongue, constant headaches, coldness (IN JUNE?!?!) and grumpiness. It's all a bit miserable isn't it?! My poor boyfriend came to see me today and only stayed for about an hour...not sure if it was my toxic breath or the fact I was snarling at him for eating a cheese sarnie!

The PLUS side is... LT gives you weight losses like NO other diet. I don't care what anyone says. Last time I did it I lost 17lbs in my first week! It spurred me on and after that first week I really loved it. Ok, sometimes you feel a bit down that you can't go out for meals or have a curry on a Saturday....but the results are worth it. I'm on my second time round...and I wouldn't be putting myself through these tough first few days if I didn't know it is a life-changing regime.

Keep your chin up. You CAN do this. You've done the hardest thing by starting it and lasting through the first couple of days. We can do it hun!!! Focus on weigh in... just get to there and it'll all seem worth it. And that, my friend, is a Determined Girl promise!!
