I'm New!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello im new to this site, i need to lose 3 stone and find it really hard to stick to as i love food and over eat on a daily basis. I eat when im not hungry just because i love my food!!! i have done this since a child, but when i was young i could eat and eat without putting on weight!!! i have joined for some moral support!! my healthy eating plan and excersie starts tomorow!1 im excited but nervous!!!!!Today me and the familly are going to have a big roast!!!! before big day!!!:wave_cry:

Hello :) Do you mean a 'ticker', like the one I have under my post? If you click on it you'll be taken through to the website where you can make them, then you can copy and paste the code it gives you into the 'signature' box on here- you find that through the 'user CP' section at the top of the forum, where you edit your profile.
