Really only 7.5 Syns on a red day can that be right?
I love them and as a treat on a once a month basis would be great

I got it at 16 syns for a small meat only lamb doner on the website
I still reckon its within treat standards if you plan ahead with you syns and its only once a month
oh and thats a small the large was silly numbers

Do you like shish kebabs? I'm sure they are only like 6 syns or something which is for the pitta bread. Yum yum

Just had a look through booklet again it was 12.5 for a large on a red day not 7.5 even so seeing as a twix is more very intresting
