looking for crackers to have with a bit cheese as a treat

any good low carb ones available ?????

I've seen some atkins ones next to the bars in Boots. Not tried them tho so dunno what theyre like x

I tired the atkins ones, they are nice but not sure i can justify the price! Only 6 in a pack.

for cheese or pate i make a plain MIM, slice thinly then toast both sides, makes it wonderful and crispy

I have done that too and thought it worked well - have bought some lurpak garlic butter to use as an experiment to make a more savoury mim - will let you know how it goes! Have also made the mim cereal this week which worked well - still have a portion left, yummy. Am going to try the mim crackers too at some point, am enjoying experimenting

Did anybody watch the Sophi Dahl prog after Saturday Kitchen? The omelette Arnold Bennett looks fabulous - must give that a whirl - it said the recipe was available on the bbc recipies website. She also used fromage frais with herbs to make a dressing with some fish and that looked good too.
