Hello everyone! :)

I have joined the forums in search of a meal replacement diet plan. I have done The Cambridge Weight Plan before (formerly Cambridge Diet), but feel its time to move on to get some new motivation!

Any advice or ideas from those who are on a good meal replacement diet, I would be very grateful to hear them. I am currently thinking about doing the exante diet!

Edit: I have now decided to do the Exante diet and put my first order in last night. It has slightly more calories than other meal replacements which may come in handy as I am a HCA and usually on my feet all day!

I am currently 16stone 2lbs (5ft 11) and have previously lost upto 5stone twice before. Once with healthy eating/exercise when I was 14 which took two years and once with The Cambridge Diet (now The Cambridge Weight Plan). Unfortunately both times I put most of the weight back on within a year. At my heaviest I was 18stone

My lowest has always been 12stone 10lbs which gives me a BMI of 24.8 so right on the border of overweight/healthy. I would love to finally fit in the middle of a healthy weight so getting past that barrier will be the ultimate challenge for me but one step at a time....

I look forward to getting to know you all!

So hello and thankyou! :D
