Farm Foods

I have just had a leaflet come through the door for farm foods, does anyone know how i can find out how many syns are in some of the offers... I dont really know where to go to find this info but need to eat on a budge so thinking some of their bargains with pots and beggies are the way forward for this month lol

If the brands can't be found on the SW website, you can enter the nutritional information on the syn calculator, although I know this means you'll be buying things on the off chance they're SW friendly!

I would go for the unbranded basics, then you know for sure it's ok for SW.

Edit - remember potatoes are free on Green/EE and most veggies are free on all plans.

not sure why you added the last bit about stuff being free.... but thank you. I was thinking i may have to just buy some stuff and fingers crossed lol
