Hi,
I have tried so many diets and I gave up on all of them. This time doing my own thing and so far have lost 14lbs but am in need of some support and am so glad I found this site.

welcome and im sure you will be able to find some buddies to spur you on to not give up..

there are many times i could have just thrown in the towel, but this website is what i needed and its given me the help and support i needed not to give in!

Kes thank you so much for your kind words of wisdom. I have given up in the past but with the help of people on this forum I hope to win (this battle with my weight) this time.

So far so good I have joined two groups and am loving the site.
