Extra Easy Weight losses on EE

Hi all!!

I was just wondering, has anybody followed EE all the way through (no green/red days) and had good weight losses?

I've been reading a few posts today about people swapping to Green or Red days as their losses had slowed down on EE. I've only been doing SW on EE for 5 weeks, and seem to be having quite good losses so far, but I'm curious as to whether it's possible to follow EE all the way through and have good losses? Mitherer that I am, lol!! :8855:

when i do EE 100% i have great losses minimum 3.5lbs!! however because its so good i found myself going off track i'm doing green for a while purely so i know how lucky i am on ee and hopefully when i go back i'll limit myself rather that binging on everything because i'm allowed it! so it's nothing to do with getting poor losses on EE for me as i know if i stick with it it does work brilliantly x

I joined SW March 2009, I didn't had EE easy explained & as a veggie stuck to green, I did well to start but then it would be up & down every week.

I rejoined a new class April this year & I've done EE ever since, I've lost 11.5 (in 9 weeks I think) & I'm pleased with that as even though its always been a little slower for me its consistent if I stick to it.

There's a lady in my group who has lost 3st 3lbs in about 14 weeks which is amazing & she only ever does EE.

I think if it works for you stick with it but should it slow for a couple of weeks maybe vary your days once in a while. My consultant says from the people in her groups, those that do EE for a full week have best results, then again everyones different. EE works for me & I love that I'm eating more veg/fruit so I couldn't imgaine a green day now! :)

Hi dudette.

I have been doing slimming world for since November last year and have so far lost 3 stone (Praying for that magic lb loss tonight anyway!).

In that time I have only ever done extra easy as it suits my lifestyle and can easily work with meals out and family dinners.

I say stick with it for the time being as it is working for you and only worry about changing if you get stuck or if you fancy a change!! If you are sticking to plan 100% there is no reason why you can't do EE all the way to target! Thats what I am planning to do!

I guess I was just starting to doubt EE for a while. I know that I should be happy with any weight loss, and losing slowly is the best way to shift weight, but I don't really want my losses to slow down too much otherwise I'd lose motivation! :(

I think I might follow all of your advice...follow EE as long as it gives me losses, and maybe mix the days up if my weight loss stops. Just the thought of all that weighing on Red/Green days sends me into a cold sweat! :D
