Hi everyone

I ordered my packs today and plan to start next week. I've been trying to lose weight with Slimming World for months but I need a change so I've decided to give Exante a go, hope it works!

I don't want to start this weekend as I have a night out planned but I'll try to cut down on carbs as it seems that'll help with the first few days.

I'll keep you updated with my progress...
