I went away the weekend and at first I found it hard to relax and not stick to plan but then I got into it a bit I had quite a few treats, cocktails and other alcohol and food I wouldn't normally have whilst on plan and haven't had for a long time!
Got to get back on track now and hope I dont find it too difficult to do!
I usually weigh in on a Tuesday but took it as holiday this week as didn't get back till toda so hopefully I can recover some of the damage from the weekend!
I am pleased though as I didn't throw complete caution to the wind and did maintain some control over what I was and wasn't having! Though I am feeling like I need to constantly eat now! Thank goodness thats ok with SW!
