Syn free chips, I think I'm going to POP!
OH is not going to be home until late so I decided to have syn free chips, baked beans and quorn sausage for dinner (green day). But, I kept on doing that "I'll just peel one more spud" thing hence cooked too many and now I'm really really full.
I know this is ok on SW (thank god) but it does pose the question, how can we eat so much and still lose weight. I LOVE Slimming Word!
Not that I'm endorsing stuffing yourself silly but it's nice to know that when the occasion arises, we can guilt free! x
