As we are doing the 30 day challenge I have decided to do a new journal/food diary to help me stay on track for this month.

I am feeling really positive which is great. I have had a little blue pill last night and another this morning. I know that my eating in the few days before has not been brill so I am expecting the tango man to visit, but it is ok. I need to do this to get back on track.

Will be back later to post todays food diary. I am doing weightwatchers at the moment, so I have a points total of 23 a day to stay under.
 
Well I have had a very bad week and have not been on track much at all. We got the results of my Dads tests on tues and have had to start to deal with the news that he only has a few months to live as he has got cancer and it has spread already.
So food wise I immediately did what I shouldn't and have turned to it for comfort even though I know it doesn't really work apart from the moment you are actually eating it.
So this morning I have given myself a good talking to and am going to do my best to get back on track. I know I will get a proper sense of satisfaction and empowerment if I can do this.
 
I'm so sorry to hear your news.

Good luck with keeping on track, maybe having something that you can be in control of will help.
