I'm on Lipotrim, which one are you on?
I've tried Weight Watchers and calorie counting in the past but with no luck... I lose a few pounds then give in. So i thought a TFR diet would be best as there is no choice of 'a little bit won't hurt' because I can't just stop at one packet of crisps its got to be at least 3 lol, i'm on day 4 today and actually feel really good... i've got a lot more energy than normal and i'm hungry what so ever! its really good to hear peoples stories on here!
