I have been looking at RC on line and am quite interested by the Lifestyle Change Plan. Does anyone do this? Will it enable me to lose my 3 stone in a reasonable time scale?
I have also been looking at the Inch loss plan which if I am correct is based on calorie counting and eating low fat. On this plan do you have to count everything, ie can you eat veg (like carrots) in the day without counting the calories?
