Becoming Princess Perfect :D

On Day 2 of Slimming World, would love to get down to 9st 7lb so have 6 stone 5lb roughly to loose :eek: I'm currently a size 18 and want to be an 8 again, haven't been an 8 since before I got pregnant with my son 6 years ago :eek: had my baby girl 13 months ago and was a 12 before I fell pregnant with her so a 12 would be good too, ohhhh I don't half ramble :8855: Anyway welcome to my boring diary :553:

So yesterday Day 1 -

Was really naughty and went food shopping before I'd had any breakfast and had a kit kat chunky, boy did I not know they were 13 syns :8855:

Breakfast - Low Fat Activia Yogurt

Lunch - Free Quiche with tomatoes and half my allowance of cheese.

Dinner - Jacket Potatoes with a tiny blob of butter and the rest of my cheese allowance followed by 2 fat free yogurts.

Syn-wise think I'm just under 15 for yesterday.

Day 2

Breakfast - Low Fat Activia Yogurt

Lunch - Bacon & Egg Sandwich on wholemeal bread - perfect :D

Dinner - Doing a roast chicken with veggies and new potatoes. Going to follow that with Slimoffi Pie which is 7.5 syns per slice.

Haven't used any syns today so going to have a slice of pie and a hot chocolate before bed.
 
So haven't been on in a while so need to start keeping a diary again, had a bad weekend due to family been here but thats ok, doesn't happen that often and I wasn't THAT bad so not going to beat myself up over it, anyway I lost 1.5lb last Friday and I weighed myself today after the bad weekend and I've stayed the same so if I'm good the rest of this week then come Friday I should hopefully have another loss :D

Today the weathers miserable -

Breakfast - 2 coffee's (naughty naughty but got a new puppy so sorting him out, older dog out, 2 kids and me before school run is stressful enough without actually eating too lol!) Would usually have something when I'd done the school run but had to go straight out to an appointment at the opticians.

Lunch - Pre-pack Sushi (thought I had syns written down but I don't *oops!*)

Snack - Shared half a box of Mikado biscuits with baby

Dinner - Jacket Potato with tuna and sweetcorn :D

I have loads of fat free yogurts to use up too so will have a couple of them before bed.
