Morrisons Eat Smart Sausages points query

I couldn't say for sure but I can't imagine any sausages being 1 point. Even the ww ones are 1.5 points each

On e source Morrisons eat smart pork sausages are pointed as 1 per 57g sausage
 
Hi Vanda, I have seen them on e source but there are frozen and fresh sausages so not sure which they are referring to. On the packet of the frozen ones they state: 284 cals & 6.6 Sat Fat per 2 sausages making 5.5 points for 2. The full fat ones my hubby had would have only have been 4 points so I wished I had eaten those now, if only I had checked first but being a "diet" product I assumed they would have been better for me. Just goes to show check everything!!!
 
Its confusing at times isn't it, trying to get the right things!

Even if you did eat 5.5 points though hun now you know for the future! :)
 
Seems a huge difference between fresh and frozen eh? Must be a different recipe for the two types of sausage, but as you say it shows you have to check everything. Since starting ww have become an avid label reader shopping takes longer but no nasty surprises.
 
the fresh eat smart ones are 1 point each, don't know about frozen ones i'm afraid, but i know about the fresh because that's the ones i have
 
I was just coming in to say I was in Morrisons earlier and the fresh ones are labeled as 1 point each.

I didn't know you could get sausages with such low points values so have picked some up to try!
