Does anyone do a lot of green days and still lose weight? I would like to go green but don't want to stop losing
Weight,do you stick to wholmeal pasta?
I Probably have 4-5 green days a week. Never affected my weightlosses. And to be honest with you I don't use wholemeal pasta or rice. Just the normal stuff, and eat looooads of potatoes!
Has anyone found a difference at all in weight loss between the regular rice and pasta and the wholemeal and brown alternative? Or is there no difference? Thanks
