Hiya all 
I joined today,i've been on this forum a couple of times before when i've searched for syn values on google and it's brought me here.
Well, i finally decided to just join and ask the questions myself as i've some people giving brilliant advice. It's always nice to have extra support!!
As for introudcing myself, my names Mel, i'm living in Nottingham, England. I'm 20 and a student but very nearly finished! I joined Slimming World on the 13th May.. So i've been weighed 3 times in total so far.
I'm really enjoying it so far!
I've lost 8 and a half pounds in 2 weeks of being a member with SW, so i'm feeling pretty good.
I'm looking forward to getting involved in the discussions and reading peoples food ideas etc.
