wii fit

My Wii Fit Plus should be arriving on Tuesday. I thought very carefully before I ordered it, and read alot of reviews, and yes apparently it does work if you have the motivation, and keep at it.
 
My OH bought me mine for my birthday, we all get on it, they're great!
 
The wii fit is the best thing ever.

Its like anything really if you put in the effort then you will reap the rewards,get one i promise you wont be disappointed!
 
Its definately worth it but you need to put in the work to see results. I got mine in Feb and my fitness has improved so much since then. I use mine to do wii fit plus or ea active for at least 30 mins 5 times a week. That might sound a lot to start off with but 30 mins is nothing really!

I think the Wii Fit is great and would definitely recommend it. I've been using ours on an (almost) daily basis since 1st Jan and it has without a doubt helped me shift the weight.

It's like anything though, you've got to put the time and effort in. It's not a miracle worker but if you don't have the time or inclination to go to the gym, it's the perfect way to fit in a bit (or a lot) of exercise.
 
I love Wii Active - along with the new extension for it. However i find the Wii Fit nowhere near as intense. I lost quite a bit of weight with Active and feel more fit in general because of it.

Sadly you cant spot reduce. Sit ups, crunches and other tummy targeting exercises will only help to TONE not slim the area by reducing fat %. I swear i have a six pack underneath my belly ;)

Put in lots of efforts with you workouts and hope that the weight comes from your tummy first :) My problem area is always the last to get rid of the blubber - my hips and bottom! LOL

I love my wii fit! Its great to keep track of weight and burn a few calories! You should definatly get one :)
 
I love my Wii Fit too, I wouldn't be without it, its fun and it keeps me moving when I either can't be bothered or its too late or cold to go out for exercise. I have a little routine of my own off and work for at least 45 minutes (only done 20 minutes today as its red hot and I'm sweating too much so gonna finish off tonight when its cooler)
I also like to do 20 minutes without my ankle weights then 25 minutes with the ankle weights.
I also have the Cyberbike, its not a very intense workout as its not got really hard resistance on the pedals but its fun nonetheless and I am doing it with 5lb ankle weights on each leg and I tell you its really pulling my legs into shape (which are one of my toughest spots, esp the tops)
 
I think the wii fit is great! Im not sure if you would see results with the wii fit alone, the gym 3x a week plus a wii fit workout daily would probs be best, but i may be wrong, if you put the time in it may be fine by itself. Just dance on the wii is amazing, whenever i have friends and family round i feel a little guilty ive missed my workout so i get everyone dancing and its fun and good excercise (and dancers have amazing bodys! hehe)

I agree, I do my Wii Fit along with other exercise. Just Dance is fantastic, I lost about 10lbs by doing this daily for 40 minutes, its fun and you don't really notice you're exercising as you're enjoying it so much.
I also just bought My Fitness Coach Dance Workout which is also brilliant, its a bit salsa and it learns you the moves, really gets the hips moving, only played on it twice so far though.
Just Dance 2 is out in October so thats a must buy! :)
