Is it ok to take this while on CD?

Not sure hun - maybe get your CDC to find out or KD might know on here.
I'm trying for a baby at the end of the year so would be interested to know the answer.

Thanks, we are thinking of trying once I get all the weight off so hopfully beginning of next year but i've been reading a few articles saying it's a good idea to start taking it 6mths before conception.

3 months before conception is what my dr told me and I am already taking it so don't worry too much yet but ask your CDC if you do want an answer xx
