asda cake covering syn help

hi there

can someone please tell me how many syn would be in 150g of asda milk chocolate flavoured cake covering. password must have changed on sw online and my leader never told me new one.

just made gaint jaffa cake n hoping not too many syns

approx 890 cals
protein 3g
carbs 90g
fat 65g
sat - 45g
fibre 4.5g

Are these the nutritional values per 100g or per serving? If it's for a serving you'll need to let me know what it is.

By the way you can just get in touch with your consultant for the password.

PS are you sure these are right - 890 calories? You haven't mixed it up with the kjoules by any chance. If not I think you need to prepare yourself for a shock!
