Half way to holiday and week 4 :D I lost 3lbs 20lbs in 3 weeks.

I have been exercising like mad all week and really feel a lot more toned too.

And I've hit my May challenge target :winner: Whoopy! - roll on next week!

3 more weeks and one refeed :D:D:D I'll be back though to get the rest off when I get back :angel09::angel09::angel09:

Well done again Catt. Another really good loss. Bet you can't wait for your holiday now!

Keep going for the next 3 weeks, refeed will be fine and then back to it after hols, you'll get back to it no probs.
