Hi everyone I'm on my 2nd day and feeling fine so far does it get worse? I did start 3 days ago but the 1st day I cheated because I had the apple and cinnamon porridge and felt sick then for dinner had the potatoe and leek soup and was sick then a strawberry shake which was horrible so I couldn't handle another so I had some thong to eat. Woke up yesterday and had the choc mint and was really nice then choc shake which was good so I swapped all for just choc mint and choc and finding it good now
