3rd day and still feeling good

:) Hi, just wanted to say how i have been getting on, this is my 3rd day and it has been so easy so far, I have done RED days so far, enjoying lots of salads.
I have been reading alot of your blogs which is giving me inspration.
I have been doing this on my own as i am currently out of work so every penny counts. I did do this plan a couple of years ago and lost 4 stone, so I no i can do this but using this site is going to help a lot.
I have gained just over 2 stone again, mainly due to an accident but hey its coming off again and more,
