what is the difference???

Hi Libby, free foods are foods that are free on the day you're having (i.e. green, red, EE) and superfree foods are basically fruits and veg. Do you go to SW classes?
 
Superfree foods are fruit and non starchy veg. Non starchy veg excludes potatoes, peas, sweetcorn etc.

SW recommends that a third of each meal should be superfree. The other two thirds can be made up of your free foods, healthy extras or synned food.
