Well what went wrong

I am so disappointed, came back from class last night and had put on 1lb. How?
Only week two and have stuck to the diet, even written it down every day. I am not going to quit just yet, but it does make you feel that it isn't worth it.
 
Don't get too down. It could be any reason, usually normal bodily changes during the month.

Keep going, writing down all your food and exercise. Make sure you use your portion post, weigh your food, count your calories & drink 2l of water a day cos honestly, it does really make a difference, and I'm sure you will carry on losing next week.
