My favourite dinner at the moment is a ham, mushroom and onion omlette with a HUGE salad.

Not got a pic it doesnt stay on the plate long enough lol!! xx

ps your tea looks GORGEOUS!!
xx

I love making a gravy out of stock and onions, I then boil a lamb chop in it, and simmer until the gravy is thick, and serve with a huge helping of cauliflower, carrot and broccoli. Omnomnom.

I also ADORE grilled turkey steak, done on the george forman, with the same veg and gravy.
I love big sunday dinner type meals. Yum!

I have loads!! I do really like baked salmon with roasted tomatoes & butternut squash - mainly as I never ate it before!!

I have so many fav's though :)

Ooh, they both look delish.

At the moment I am obsessing about our local butchers syn free sausages, with pretty much anything. I quite fancy a boiled egg to go with them tonight though. Or maybe I should attempt SW chips and have a frylight fried egg!

Ooh. yes. Good call.

Oh! I was getting ready to say lady grey tea! I keep forgetting that tea = dinner in England heh heh. My fave is rice with fish and vegetables. Rice with anything really... Yum!

As I'm on a red day today I can't stop thinking of sw chips, egg and beans! But last night I had a huge salad with home made burgers and a sausage, it was yummy. And I had leftover salad and a burger for lunch today.Not sure what I'm having tonight, I might cheat and do a mix2max and go for a green dinner. I wish I had some steak in the fridge.

DONER SPICED MEATLOAF
Ingredients;
1 lb minced lean lamb
3 tsp dried mint
2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp mint sauce OR 1 tbs chopped fresh mint
1 tsp garlic granules OR 1-2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp onion salt OR ½ a small onion minced
½ tsp sea salt
Generous grind of black pepper

Oven Temp: Moderately hot / 375F / 190 / Gas 5

Method;
Put everything in a food processor if you want it ground finely for a smoother texture or just mix it all very well by hand. If you don’t have a processor get the butcher to mince the meat twice or just knead the meat mixture with your hands until the texture smoothes out.

Form into a rough loaf shape and place onto a rack stood in a baking pan. If the lamb is really lean you don’t need to do this. Bake in the middle of the oven for about an hour. It is quite a dense loaf so it must cook all the way thorough. I sometimes cook it in a loaf tin or shape into burgers and grill them.

my favourite at the mo is spinach and quark canelloni, free if you use a HEXA/B for the cheese on top :p all these lovely pics of food are making my mouth water! lucky i've just put one of these cannelloni's in the oven 5 mins ago, yay!!!
