After being kicked by Ellebear in the thread I posted (I did ask for it though) here's my food diary - starting today!

I do go on holiday in 2 days (but will have internet access while there) but I don't want to come home having put weight on.

So far, I'm doing Red days to try and beat some of the bloat I've been feeling since falling off the wagon.

Today's food:

Breakfast: 28g Puffed Wheat & milk (HEA and HEB1)

Snacks: 2 x Alpen Light bars (HEB2)

Lunch: 4 slices chicken breast, salad, Cherry FF Activia

Snacks: Apple, Raspberry FF Activia, Scan Bran (HEB1) & Laughing Cow light (1.5)

Dinner: Bacon & tomato pasta with capers and peppers (100g cooked pasta - 6)

Total Syns: 7.5

hehe - sorry Alwyn, you did ask! now ive reviewed your diary, you are having 28g of puffed wheat - where is the 1 scan/oat bran to make this an official HEB!!! 28g of puffed wheat on its own wont count as a HEB unless you add the scanbran!!! lol!

Lol! Scan Bran is for later - I can't eat it for brekkie, makes me feel unwell at that time of the morning!!

Will probably be having it with a Laughing Cow Light later (Synned of course :p)
 
Day 2:

Breakfast: 2 slices bacon (all fat removed), 2 eggs fried in Fry Light, 1 tbsp HP sauce (1 Syn), cup of tea with milk (0.5 Syn)

Snacks: 2 x Alpen Lights (HEB1), 1 x Alpen Light (half HEB2)

Lunch: Salad (cucumber, tomato, pepper- was going to have ham but realised once I opened it that it was off :(), apple

Planned snacks: 1 x Alpen Light (rest of HEB2)

Planned dinner (post- weigh in): Steak with garlic, green beans, 3 x Babybel Light (HEA), Mini Twister lolly (2.5 Syns)
