After being kicked by Ellebear in the thread I posted (I did ask for it though) here's my food diary - starting today!
I do go on holiday in 2 days (but will have internet access while there) but I don't want to come home having put weight on.
So far, I'm doing Red days to try and beat some of the bloat I've been feeling since falling off the wagon.
Today's food:
Breakfast: 28g Puffed Wheat & milk (HEA and HEB1)
Snacks: 2 x Alpen Light bars (HEB2)
Lunch: 4 slices chicken breast, salad, Cherry FF Activia
Snacks: Apple, Raspberry FF Activia, Scan Bran (HEB1) & Laughing Cow light (1.5)
Dinner: Bacon & tomato pasta with capers and peppers (100g cooked pasta - 6)
Total Syns: 7.5
