I have today lost 1 1/2lbs and so have reached my 10% goal!! This has been slow and works out at around 1 1/2lbs per week, I am really thrilled with this but would have liked to have lost more (never happy).
Thought I would check my measurements as I havent done this since starting the diet and this is the result:
Waist: 5" loss
Bust: 3" loss
Hips: 4" loss
Arms: 1" loss
Thighs: 1 1/2" loss
Total of 14 1/2" lost all together in 13 weeks!!! Now that has given me a boost!!!!!
