grill a little lean bacon with the fat cut off, chop some onion, 3 eggs, a little milk out of your allowance and mix all together, makes a lovely ommlette very filling and all free food on extra easy, not sure about teh other plans. Enjoy !!!

Yeah I just bung everything in - Onions, Mushrooms, Peppers etc, fry them slightly with frylight, then add salt & pepper & the eggs & milk that I have whisked together (mik from my allowence), keep this on a low heat then I pop it under the grill for the top part to cook nicely.

Sometimes - i f I have a HEa allownce left, i'll pop either some lowlow cheese or some babybel lights sliced up on top - yummy!!

Heya

Just lightly beat up two eggs then spray a frying pan with frylight and pour in - for good technique to making the perfect pancake see this link:
How to make an omelette - Eggs - Eggs - from Delia Online

It doesnt need any butter or milk so you can make the filling whatever you want - i normally have cheese (healthy a), ham (healthy b) and some onions.

Hope this helps
Jackie

Spooky I live in Leeds too. I go to the Isle man alot. My mum lives in Port St Mary & My step bro in Lonan (in the north) I have only been to TT once (last year) as it is too expensive to get over then. It's good here someone who is fan of the Isle of man :)

ah port mary's lovely we go down there and have a sit on the prom then we go to the little cafe at the railway station in port st Erin, they do a lovely bit of cake down there and you get to watch the steam trains if youre lucky ! its very expensive now, were camping this year up at the granstand in an atttempt to keep the costs down, more money for cake lol.
