Hiya, I need help, I'm doing SS+ and I've been thinking about Quorn, are we allowed to have plain Quorn sausages, or is it just the pieces and mince we can have?

I think I read somewhere Quorn sausages were to be avoided but I could be wrong.

From memory I think it is just plain quorn pieces and mince. I am not too keen on Quorn but do remember a couple of years back having it on CD but like I say, I am sure it was just plain Quorn. Somebody may clarify later.

Yes, it's plain quorn pieces or mince. Sorry, no sausages/burgers etc

Thanks KD, glad I asked. Quorn mince and pieces give me horrific belly ache so I'll steer clear altogether. I just wondered if I could have the sausages as they don't have the same painful effect. Not to worry.

Ah, that's a shame. I tend to avoid the stuff. Call it processed fungi. Flavourless, made in big vats. Was banned in the USA for a fair time.

Give me 'real' meat any day
