You probably all know about this one already, but I thought our SW forum needed some action, so here goes...
red onion, red & yellow pepper & courgette softened in fry light
Add Tin chick pea dahl (asda one is free) & half tin chopped toms (that makes it just spicy enough for me)
simmer for a while
serve with rice
ta-da! Yummy superfree dinner on green day.
PS, meant to put quorn pieces in but forgot, and it was still really filling.
