just thought I would share a good app I have found.
It was not made with slimming world in mind, but I find it really useful.
It's called itracker. You can put in how many syns you are allowed, then add food to your daily diary, and if it has syns in it, it will count it down for you.
I find it useful to be able to write down everything I have eaten so I dong forget. You start a new day everyday, it keeps you old stuff saved too and you can write exactly what you had!!
