I switched to CD from LT nearly 4 weeks ago (3rd weigh-in tomorrow) and whilst its sooo much nicer I seem much more drawn to food at the minute!
I had a BAD week last week and I know I shouldn't dwell on it but i feel so angry with myself. I was so upset when I only lost 2lb, but what the hell did I think was going to happen after scoffing for 3 days!!
So this week I've been 100% and increased my water intake to 4-5litres and I'm hoping for at least 5lb loss. I take this diet seriously and really want to lose the weight but I cant stop thinking about food!!!!
Oh well, onwards and downwards (down the scales that is!!!)
