Afternoon all

Just been reading the MIMs thread, and I have 2 questions if poss....

Can you get the flaxseed from supermarkets? I have looked at tesco online and it has linseed in a box, called golden linusit or something, is this the same thing?

And also, in the recipes, where it says 1 packet of splenda, how much does this mean?

local asian shop sells them 67p/400gs

Yes you can check if its ground linseed or you'll have to do it yourself. I use 1 teaspoon of splenda in mine. I think thats the same as one packet
