ideas please on making coconut ice cream:)

im desperatly wanting some coconut ice cream for some reason any ideas on making a sw batch
so far i thought about adding 2 shots of malibu(this would stop it freezing solid too because of the alcohol)(8syns)
vanilla fat free yoghurt(free) and coconut ice (5syns)per 28g.
anyone got any more ideas or tips before i try this later ??
 
There was a thread on here about coconut flavouring recently. You can but coconut essence on ebay - it work out around £1 a bottle. It would be syn free & I would imagine you'd add it to your yoghurt.

Yours sounds tastier though!
 
i used coconut essence in vlf and vanilla muller mixed up. i'm going to order some da vinci sugar free syrup later and i have used that to flavour things too. will have a alook for a coconut one and let you know.

i will order some coconut essence thanks for the link, but in the meantime il be trying what i suggested and see how it works out i will keep you informed xx
 
I just bought some Coconut Essence off Ebay too - 2 x 28ml Bottles for 99p + £1.85 P&P

Can't wait to get it as been eyeing up everything coconut recently!!!
 
thats the one poppy that ive bought im looking forward to experimenting with it, still havent tried making the ice cream yet maybe il get it sorted b4 the next heatwave
