syns allowance???

As Irene says everyone get the same number irrespective of how much you have to lose, so between 5 and 15 a day. How many to have is up to you but you should definitely have at least 5 a day. I would recommend starting with 15 a day and seeing how it goes. A common mistake of newbies is thinking that they will speed up losses by having fewer syns a day. In fact this isn't the case and some people even find it slows them down.
 
I really struggle using all my syns :( I only usually manage to got 5 or 6 down me, and it seems silly to eat just for the sake of it :(

I could do with some ideas on how to fit more in :D
 
Our consultant tells us men we can have 20 syns a day.

I tend to use my syns on spread, jam and ketchup. Not a crisp person, and trying to say away from the biscuits and chocolate for a couple of weeks.
