Day 1 Tomorrow....eek

Right, I am starting tomorrow - no more messing around.

I am quite scared of failing at this (very low self esteem and confidence) - but I am sick of being fat and hot!

Am going to stick to red and green days to start - I've never stuck to SW in the past - always ran back to WW but that just lets me eat rubbish!

May change my weigh in to friday - no reason except I have never weighed on a sun (having written it down that now seems quite a silly reason!)

Hi there Juliet! Good luck with starting SW tomorrow! I've been following the plan for 4 weeks and I would recommend it to anybody. I follow EE and find it very easy to stick to I have to say :) My weigh in day (at home) is on a Friday, as I decided that it would give me a few extra days to be really good if I had a bit of a mad night on a Saturday (2 different birthday celebrations in 4 weeks is not good, lol!) :D

You will enjoy the plan once you get your head around it. It works as long as you have your head in the right place. Check everything and keep a food diary are my main tips and then you are pretty much guaranteed a loss each week. Good luck xxx
