carboot!!!

hello i am doing a carboot in the morning ans was maybe/more than likey i WILL have a bacon roll from the good old van!! any ideas what they would be???

eat the bacon leave the roll itd be free on original or EE
an average white bap is a days syns so I wouldnt eat it personally -

i would low fat spread 2 pieces of wholemeal bread from a 400g loaf and pack them in a sandwich bag take them with me lose the bap and stick the bacon on that use the bread as a HExB and syn free bacon buttie

Basic/Non Branded Foods Bread rolls, White bap 113g average

i saved up my sins all week for the weekend so still had my bacon roll, it was in a bagette not a roll though, does anyone have the syns for the bagette so i can still count it please?

* it was a normal (about 25cm baguette)
* it was rindless bacon so not really any fat to remove
* grilled
* nope no butter

thank you ... i thought it would be a whole days syns (well worth it though)
